Stefan D. Tarlow, MD, Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Doctor Tarlow is retiring from Knee Surgery in mid 2024. While he desires to continue to practice the craft he was born for, he acknowledges the presence of Father Time. He is choosing to step away gracefully before Father Time catches him.

Dr. Tarlow was born, raised and educated in Portland, Oregon. His first 17 years of private practice were at The Portland Knee Clinic. He has been in private solo practice at Advanced Knee Care in the Phoenix area since 2005.

It has been my honor to serve the wonderful people that have allowed me to provide their medical care over my 36 year career. An ardent and heartfelt "thank you" to my patients, physician colleagues, nurses and the allied medical professionals that I have shared the practice of medicine with both in Arizona and Oregon.

Advanced Knee Care is now a division of Integrated Orthopedics. Doctors Gruber, Adams and Boyd and Physician Assistants Jeff Kiel and Brandon Hunter will be the providers of in network service for my patients going forward. Integrated Orthopedics will be the custodian of the medical records of all Advanced Knee Care patients following my retirement.
